Why You Should Join Us On Our Yucatan Inaugural Season

tourism in mexico

On January 23, 2019, we start our new voyage to Mexico. This is a cruise like no other and we are excited for our guests to experience this wonderful itinerary for the first time. During this cruise, we will visit all three states of the Yucatan Peninsula: Campeche, Quintana Roo, and Yucatan.

Guests will also have the opportunity to taste the unique flavors of this regional cuisine. This is an all-inclusive experience: tours, nights on land, and the delicious food and drinks are included.

A Unique Experience

As an exclusive experience for Victory guests, you will have the chance to experience a private sunrise in Chichen Itza. Yes, just Victory guests. The night before we will stay at the Mayaland Hotel, the first hotel built within an archaeological site.

For art lovers, we will visit the Frida Kahlo museum where you’ll get to know more about one of the most iconic females artists in Latin America. To learn more about the fantastic Mexican Folk Art, we’ll stop for a visit to La Casa de Los Venados in Valladolid, a private home with more than 3,000 pieces of Mexican folk art. The entire collection belongs to John and Dorianne Venator, an American couple who fell in love with Mexico and its culture.

The itinerary is full of immersive and unforgettable experiences. We have five departures next year and you can join us on one of the sailings.

President’s Cruise

On January 23, 2019, our President & CEO Hans Lagerweij will host the President’s Cruise, where he will join the guest on tours and other great activities while we’re sailing. Do you want to know what to expect during the inaugural cruise? Watch this video:
